Hilly Hundred
Anybody doing the Hilly Hundred? Well we want to but i don't know if its smart. Here's the deal its not the distance for us its the climbing. My wife has a triple but i don't i've got a 39x23. Now i know from prior experience that most people walk. Before i get flamed last time i rode was 98 and i walked MT Tabor because some dude fell in front of me. OH well i just don't want to feel and look like asshats. Its just so hard for my wife and i to get out and train together and now with football season its even harder for us. I guess its no big deal. That said the CIBA people put together a awesome event. We did the Nite Rideand it was cool a circus but cool, but i think its way too much trouble for a 20 mile ride. We have a month and a half Think we can do it?
Boltinghouse.....
So in Bicycling a few months ago there was an article about the top 100 "climbs" in the US. Well this infamous hill northeast of Bloomington is listed, I don't think i have ridden and i plan to tackle it as soon as i'm ready. Anyway check this out.

So i've started this blog to help motivate me to ride. Well its not working. Maybe its too hot. I'm fat and slow and most rides have some near maximum effort(hills or even on the "flat rides" overpasses). It is hot. I've been playing at routeslip.com check it out check my rides out. I agree with Floyd check it out
